About the FLS Foundation
The FLS Foundation, Inc. was founded by Joseph E. Fournier as a way to invest in the next generation of student-athletes in our community. The Foundation provides annual college scholarships to Little League players who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and character.
Joe founded the program with the belief that the qualities that make a great teammate — discipline, commitment, and integrity — are the same qualities that lead to success beyond the field. The scholarship is our way of recognizing and supporting young people who embody those values.
The program has been running continuously since its founding, with scholarship recipients drawn from Little League programs across the region. We are proud of each recipient and grateful to our clients and community for making this program possible.
