In Connecticut, all Limited Liability Company (LLC) annual reports due on or before March 31, 2020 may be filed on or before June 30, 2020 at the rate of $20 per year. However, by statute, the filing fees increase to $80 per year on July 1, 2020. Although the state has not been consistently auditing these, it is highly likely that someday you will have to catch up on all of the prior filings (e.g., if your business needs a new license, if you ever need help from the Department of Revenue Services, if you ever want to see your business, etc.).
If you would like to take advantage of the prior $20/per year fee, you must act fast!
We are offering to file all of your old annual reports, at our legal assistant rate of $125/hour, with a minimum fee of $125 and a maximum fee capped at $375 per client (regardless of how many years overdue).
Please contact us at email@example.com or call 860-670-3535 if you are interested in learning more or if we can assist, but you must act fast.
